Liverpool v Manchester United Preview
Date: October 25, 2009
When Manchester United travel to Anfield to take on Liverpool, as shown by the BBC Sport Football. Manchester United and Liverpool are two giants of the game in English, and after winning any championship trophies and there is strong rivalry between the two clubs. Over the past 30 years, one or other of the teams was a dominant force in England. Liverpool was the best team in the 70 'and 80' with Manchester United taking over the mantle in the '90s and more recently. For fans of both teams is one of the games they want most to win matches and the atmosphere is always electric.
The beginning of the current Premier League has seen the shape of recent years has continued with the move to Manchester United at the top of the table behind Liverpool. United currently leads the way in England, with 22 points in nine games with Liverpool in eighth place, seven points behind their rivals, having played the same number of games. This is obviously worrying for Liverpool and the game Sunday is really a must win for them if they want to be considered serious title contenders as afford to drop c ten points behind United.

However, as recently supported Manchester United. They have lost only once in nine league games played this season, when they were beaten 1-0 by Burnley. Like Liverpool, on the other hand has been inconsistent and have lost games that on paper, would have been expected to win. Of the nine matches played this season, have lost four, and this is not the form that is difficult for the teams in the league. If they want the chance to win the English league this season, which should improve and this improvement really started playing Sunday against Manchester United.
